A genuine question that we asked ourselves. If chlorine is meant to clean and kill organic growths, why does mold and algae build up around the pool area? Wouldn't the pool water splashing up kill it?

The answer is that the pools chlorine levels are too diluted to effectively clean the hard surfaces around it. The water splashing up traps dirt on the surface of your tiling or concrete, and promotes the growth of algae and mold. The wet dirt seeps into the pores of your concrete and grouting, and the sun bakes it in for good.

What's Involved in our Pool Area Cleaning?

We combine our pressure washing and soft washing services to deep clean the exterior of your pool. We can also help with cleaning the fencing, furnishings and other features in the area.

We start with a preparatory pressure wash to clear away the surface layer dirt. We move to a soft wash to chemically break apart the bonds binding dirt to your structure, and watch as the chemicals melt away the algae. Once that's set, we do a final pressure wash to ensure a perfect clean, then spend the rest of the time hosing down the area to ensure that all runoff has been moved away.
